Sécuritaire pour les ustensiles en métal grâce à un réseau de crêtes gravées au laser, surélevées par rapport à la surface antiadhésive de la poêle. Pour frire, bouillir, sauter, braiser et cuire au four jusqu'à 260°C (500°F). Le fond compatible induction convient à tous les types de cuisinières. Facile à nettoyer et passe au lave-vaisselle.
