Metal utensil safe thanks to laser etched network of ridges raised above non-stick surface across the pan. Fry, boil, sauté, braise and bake up to 500°F. Glass lid suitable up to 400°F. Induction ready base is compatible on any stovetop. Easy to clean and dishwasher safe.
