Metal utensil safe thanks to laser etched network of ridges raised above non-stick surface across the pan. Our wok uses 3 ply construction including an aluminum core sandwiched by stainless steel for durability and fast, even heating. Induction ready base is compatible with any stovetop including gas, electric, induction, and infrared. Easily maneuver the wok with the riveted, stay cool stainless steel handles. Dishwasher safe for incredibly easy clean up.
