The BakerStone Basics Series Portable Gas Pizza Oven and Griddle Combo includes the BakerStone Basics Series Pizza Oven Box with out patented baking chamber that utilizes convective, conductive, and radiant heat transfer to quickly and evenly cook a variety of foods. Inside, it can reach temperatures up to 900ºF to bake pizzas in under 4 minutes, just like a traditional wood-fired pizza oven. 

It is not just for pizza either. Be sure to wow the crowd at your next cookout by using the BakerStone Portable Gas Pizza Oven Box to bake bread and cookies, sear off steaks, or serve up an assortment of oven-roasted meat, fish, and vegetables. 

This product includes a 20,000BTU firebox utilizing a single stainless steel burner plus our Basisc Series Pizza Oven Box that can be removed from the firebox and used as a grill top accessory.  The Pizza Oven Box can be placed on the cooking surface of most 2 burner or larger gas grills and 22" kettle style charcoal grills or larger generating a wood-fired like cooking environment. 

As well, you can convert it to a Portable Gas Griddle by removing the Pizza Oven Box (included) and replacing it with the BakerStone Basics Series Heavy Duty Steel Griddle (included) to cook a variety of foods such as bacon, eggs and pancakes.
