The large 16 x 10 inch cooking surface is perfect for cooking fluffy pancakes, eggs, bacon, burgers, quesadillas, vegetables, steak, seafood, and more. The heating element is enclosed within the durable, fully die cast aluminum griddle for quick, even heating. Power indicator light signals when the unit is on. Unwanted fat and grease drains into the removable, dish washer safe drip tray leaving healthier portions. Food lifts right off of the non-stick surface and simply wipes down clean. Easily move the lightweight griddle with cool touch handles. Big enough to cook large portions and small enough to easily store in small spaces or travel with.
